Mr. Dave Quigley’s education and training with the Ontario Provincial Police has earned him an extensive background in security, investigations, and criminal behaviour analysis. Dave retired from the OPP in 2019 having held positions including the Chief Information Officer, Chief Security Officer, Manager of Uniform Recruitment, Major Case Manager and Polygraph Examiner. Since then, Dave has applied his experience and knowledge working as a licensed private investigator, currently with Investigative Risk Management.

Dave is a member of the Council of Private Investigators of Ontario and the American Society for Industrial Security. He held a Certified Protection Professional designation from 2018 to 2021. His experience has led him to teach at conferences, police training centres, and Colleges on topics relating to policing, investigation, security, and management.

Dave has earned awards and commendations for criminal investigations from the OPP, the Ontario Homicide Investigators Association, and the International Association of Chiefs of Police. In 2021 he was appointed to the Member of the Order of Merit of the Police Forces (M.O.M) by the Governor General of Canada.
