We are a highly respected Private Investigation agency looking for an experienced, organized, efficient Inside Sales & Administrative Support Specialist responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department in client acquisition and retention.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients;

  • develop clear and effective written proposals for current and prospective clients;

  • make telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients;

  • achieve monthly sales targets;

  • expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints;

  • keeping abreast of our industry;

  • participate in and assist with trade shows and various committee functions;

  • reporting directly to President & CEO, Brian Sartorelli, on a weekly basis.

Experience:

  • 2 years sales experience

  • priority consideration to applicants with Insurance or Corporate investigations/sales background;

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • proven track record of exceeding sales targets;

  • College Diploma or equivalent years of experience;

  • strong follow up and customer focused approach;

  • well presented; and

  • own transportation required.
