We are a highly respected Private Investigation agency looking for an experienced, organized, efficient Inside Sales & Administrative Support Specialist responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department in client acquisition and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities:
establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients;
develop clear and effective written proposals for current and prospective clients;
make telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients;
achieve monthly sales targets;
expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints;
keeping abreast of our industry;
participate in and assist with trade shows and various committee functions;
reporting directly to President & CEO, Brian Sartorelli, on a weekly basis.
Experience:
2 years sales experience
priority consideration to applicants with Insurance or Corporate investigations/sales background;
excellent written and verbal communication skills;
proven track record of exceeding sales targets;
College Diploma or equivalent years of experience;
strong follow up and customer focused approach;
well presented; and
own transportation required.
