Jack Pham is a human rights professional who specializes in human rights, discrimination, foreign worker programs, employment termination, and workplace investigations, including workplace violence.
Jack received a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Queensland and was trained in mediation at the Harvard Law Institute of Negotiation. Jack has more than 10 years of experience in human rights investigations and has over 3 years of adjudication experience in employment standards.
Jack began his professional career as a Human Rights Officer for the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission and subsequently was a Human Rights Consultant for the Toronto Transit Commission, before serving as an adjudicator with the Nova Scotia Government. Jack has undertaken high profile race and gender discrimination cases, including cases involving companies, universities, transit agencies, and health authorities. He continues to work with outstanding professionals in the field of Human Resources and Human Rights. He is interested in the advancement of the legal profession where he has coached and trained lawyers in the area of workplace investigations.
Jack balances his work life by spending time with family, alpine skiing, and travelling the globe.
