We are looking to build our Ontario sales department allowing us a strong team to reach the corporate, Insurance and public business sectors. 

At IRM we will ensure that you are trained in the very latest methodologies. We will train you on how to offer our services, ensuring you a successful start to an amazing industry.  Being a licensed investigative agency, we will provide you with both warm leads and house accounts. Behind you will be a team of some of the most qualified investigators and administrative members in the industry. In a very short period of time you will have the experience to provide investigative strategies to our clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

                - Communicate and network with current and prospective leads;

           - Present the agency’s suite of products and services

            - Identify and assess sales opportunities

            - Develop and execute sales strategies

            - Drive incremental sales growth

            - Promote marketing initiatives

            - Contribute to the generation of sales & marketing ideas

            - Outstanding representation of the agency at targeted conferences and trade shows

            - Enhance brand visibility

            - Document sales activity in CRM

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

- This position is located in Barrie ON, however, a willingness to travel to Barrie for weekly

  meeting and as needed is an expectation.  Other meetings can be done remotely.

            - 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Insurance, Corporate or Investigative services industry

experience an asset

            - Must be highly motivated, relationship-oriented, as well as an organized self-starter who can

develop and execute a successful business plan

             -Extreme attention to detail and an ability to multi-task

            - A high degree of professionalism
